The following duties are normal for this position. The incumbent <b> may perform some or all </b> of these duties however; it is not an exclusive or all-inclusive list. Other duties may be assigned. <br /><ul><li>Thoroughly understand and be able to perform regular Quality Audits on production lines</li><li>Complete required documentation correctly and accurately</li><li>Follow, train, and enforce company processes and procedures.</li><li>Represent the Quality department in a positive and consistent manner</li><li>Participate and/or facilitate internal/external audits</li><li>Responsible for verification of all production records (PTS) cross shift</li><li>Create UPC labels based on item numbers to generate bar codes as necessary.</li><li>Maintain blank Label inventory.</li><li>Verify-Release IRC/Tear Pads</li><li>Perform investigations to determine possible reason for variances</li><li>Document NCRs and Perform root cause analysis for completion</li><li>Verification of Work Packets (based on customer specifications)</li><li>Submit Samples to customers as necessary</li><li>Coordinate SSR process and control paperwork</li><li>Coordinate Rework process</li><li>Properly complete departmental documentation and data such as logs.</li><li>Perform all computer functions as they pertain to this job.</li><li>Work with the Janitorial department to ensure housekeeping of the facility.</li><li>Release HU's for remarket shipments.</li><li>Perform recall functions as part of the Recall Team</li><li>Reports quality issues to the Customer as necessary</li><li>Back up for the Quality Manager</li></ul><p><b>Education &amp; Experience</b><br /><ul><li>Education Desired: High School Diploma or Equivalent</li><li>3-6 months related experience or training</li></ul><p><b>Knowledge, Skills &amp; Abilities</b><br /><ul><li>Ability to work in a cold environment</li><li>Good interpersonal skills with ability to communicate with individuals associated with subject matter, as well as communicate findings to other quality representatives</li><li>Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure</li><li>Ability to work under tight deadlines and handle multiple/detail orientated tasks</li><li>Must be detail orientated and pay close attention to accuracy</li><li>Ability to apply commonsense understanding and communicate accurately to carry out detailed instructions both oral and written</li><li>Ability to analyze information gathered in order to maintain accurate and detailed records using both computerized and manual means</li><li>Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations</li><li>Ability to communicate accurately, clearly and concisely in written, verbal and electronic formats</li><li>Ability to independently or with minimum supervision write routine reports, correspondence and prepare various levels of documents and reports</li><li>Ability to establish and maintain very effective relationships with those contacted in the course of work</li><li>Ability to read and write using the English language</li></ul><p><b>Physical Requirements &amp; Work Environment</b><br /><ul><li>Primarily works in an warehouse setting</li><li>Walking, standing, lifting &amp; bending as needed</li></ul><p>All Menasha Packaging employees must conduct their work in a manner that complies with all legal standards and meets customer expectations.
