Production Worker

<b>Essential Job Functions</b><p>The following duties are normal for this position. The incumbent <b> may perform some or all </b> of these duties; however, this is not an exhaustive or all-inclusive list. Other duties may be assigned. <br /><ul><li>Demonstrate commitment to safety, maintaining a clean work environment, and performing job duties in accordance with all company policies and procedures.</li><li>Ability to perform functions which may include sanitation work, computer or paperwork, or working on production line.</li><li>Perform job duties with a commitment to quality and adherence to customer specifications and GMP guidelines, including use of proper PPE.</li><li>Ability and willingness to learn and function as part of a team; treat team members with courtesy and respect every day.</li><li>Prepared, in position, and ready to work at the start of the shift. </li><li>Maintain a professional demeanor and superior performance in all job functions. </li><li>Perform other duties as assigned</li></ul><p><b>Education &amp; Experience</b><br /><ul><li>Education Desired - High School Diploma or Equivalent</li></ul><p><b>Knowledge, Skills &amp; Abilities</b><br /><ul><li>Safety sensitive position - ability to work in a constant state of alertness and in a safe manner.</li><li>Excellent attendance is paramount to success in this position.</li><li>Positive attitude and a teamwork mentality are required. </li><li>Ability to work overtime and weekends as required based upon the needs of the business is a must.</li><li>Ability to effectively work in teams.</li><li>Ability to work in a production-based environment with moving equipment and people.</li><li>Ability to interact and communicate effectively with a wide variety of individuals and roles.</li></ul><p><b>Physical Requirements &amp; Work Environment</b><br /><ul><li>Primarily works in a production and/or warehouse setting</li><li>Walking, standing, bending for duration of shift</li><li>Frequent lifting up to 25 lbs.</li></ul><p>All Menasha Packaging employees must conduct their work in a manner that complies with all legal standards and meets customer expectations.
