Remote work is permitted upon approval; however, you will also be required to work from the on site office as necessary to fulfill your role’s responsibilities.</p></div></div></div><br /><br /><b>Responsibilities</b><br /><br /><p><strong>Core responsibilities of the Financial Clerk will include, but are not limited to:</strong></p><ul><li><p><span>Provide administrative support to the technical staff with clerical duties, such as maintaining general files, data entry, completing and processing standard forms and files</span></p></li><li><p><span>Serve as Cross-Functional program support liaison for the Finance, purchasing, and receiving department</span></p></li><li><p><span>Maintain coordination with the finance staff to prepare reports and files for the Monthly customer invoice</span></p></li><li><p><span>Enter data into the finance system for receiving inventory while checking and comparing data for accuracy and completeness for the logistics department</span></p></li><li><p><span>Compile procurement transactions into files that contain the requisition, receiving documentation, and all other supporting documents</span></p></li><li><p><span>Create and update records and files to maintain document compliance</span></p></li><li><p><span>Update spreadsheets and databases to track, analyze and report on performance and expenses</span></p></li></ul><br /><br /><b>Qualifications</b><br /><br /><p><strong>Requirements of the Financial Clerk:</strong></p><ul><li><p><span>High School Diploma</span><span> </span></p></li></ul><ul><li><p><span>10 years of relevant experience</span></p></li></ul><p> </p><p> </p><p><strong>About Lynker</strong></p><p>Lynker is a growing, employee owned, small business, specializing in professional, scientific and technical services.
