With a commitment to excellence and a passion for innovation, Lynker leverages cutting-edge technologies and scientific expertise to support the creation and delivery of improved operational weather forecasts.</p><p> </p><p>As part of our ongoing growth and expansion, we are seeking a dynamic and experienced Electronics Engineer to support the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration's (NOAA) National Data Buoy Center (NDBC).</p><br /><br /><b>Qualifications</b><br /><br /><ul><li><p><span>Experience in design, prototype fabrication, test and debug, and production of microprocessor-based data acquisition instrumentation systems. </span></p></li><li><p><span>Research, develop, design, and test electrical components, equipment, systems, and networks.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Design electrical equipment, facilities, components, products, and systems for commercial, industrial, and domestic purposes.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Perform specification reviews.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Participate in firmware creation for programmable logic devices such as DSPs, FPGAs, and CPLDs.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Participate in hardware and firmware design reviews.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Familiarity with analog and digital circuitry, hardware/software interface analysis, ground and satellite-linked data communications.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Test and troubleshoot PCBAs and system level electrical systems.</span></p></li><li><p><span>BS in Electrical/Electronics Engineering</span></p></li></ul><p> </p><p> </p><p> </p><p><strong>About Lynker</strong></p><p>Lynker is a growing, employee owned, small business, specializing in professional, scientific and technical services.
