Sales Appointment Scheduler

Job Summary:
Frank Kent Country, a leading dealership in the auto industry, is seeking a motivated and organized Sales Appointment Scheduler to join our team in Corsicana, Texas. As a Sales Appointment Scheduler, you will be responsible for scheduling and confirming sales appointments for our sales team. This is a full-time, individual contributor role with a focus on customer service. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and organizational skills and a passion for providing exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities:
- Answer incoming calls and emails from potential customers and schedule appointments for the sales team
- Make outbound calls to follow up with potential customers and confirm appointments
- Maintain an organized and accurate appointment schedule for the sales team
- Effectively communicate with both the sales team and customers to ensure all necessary information is gathered and appointments are properly scheduled
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing any questions or concerns customers may have
- Continuously update and maintain customer database
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to ensure a smooth and efficient appointment scheduling process

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in customer service or sales is preferred
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience with CRM systems
- Excellent phone etiquette and customer service attitude
- Must be able to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and evenings
