Assistant Process Operator - Reaction CPG-MFG

<b>JOB DESCRIPTION</b> <br> <br> <strong>Job Description:</strong> <br> <ul> <li>Complete work functions within Chemical production operations </li> <li>Responsible for the quality blending of finished products and the bulk, drum, and pail packaging of products</li> <li>Full understanding of Chemical Hazards specific to area assigned to, including PPE</li> <li>General forklift duties </li> <li>The core responsibility for blending and packaging of products demands the use of mechanical and electrical equipment such as pumps, mixing equipment, and automation control systems</li> <li>Completion and compliance of all safety initiatives and certification requirements including all near miss and incident reporting</li> <li>Accountable for the data entry of production tickets, good receipts, and shipping documentation</li> <li>Daily inspection of work area and monthly document reporting. Ensure that a clean organized work environment is maintained at all times.</li> <li>Assist with physical inventory counts and processes</li> <li>Compliance with all applicable ISO requirements</li> <li>Other duties as assigned by supervisor</li> </ul> <strong>Position Requirements: </strong> <br> <ul> <li>High school diploma or equivalent </li> <li>Preferred, 2-year Process Technology Degree</li> <li>Good Attendance record</li> <li>Preferred, Manufacturing, Chemical or Technical experience 2+ years</li> <li>Able to Work 12-hour shift: Dupont Schedule, Day and Graveyard rotation </li> <li>Ability to work in the US without sponsorship</li> <li>Preferred, Forklift experience certified</li> </ul> <strong>Physical Demands:</strong> <br> <ul> <li>Ability to lift and carry 50 lbs, </li> <li>Ability to bend, squat down, and reach above your head throughout the day,</li> <li>Ability to climb stairs and ladders </li> <li>Must be able to wear fall protection, and work at heights.</li> <li>Must be able to wear respirator approx. 2 hours per day and work in confined spaces</li> <li>Forklift experience certified</li> <li>24 hour Hazwoper</li> </ul> <strong>Wages: Starting $25.00</strong> <br> <br> <strong>This position is 6% bonus eligible. </strong> <br> <br> <strong>Benefits, upon satisfaction of applicable eligibility requirements, include but are not limited to: medical, dental, vision, life insurance, disability, vacation/PTO/sick days/parental leave, 401(k), employee stock purchase plan, and pension. </strong><img src="https://counter.adcourier.com/YmJnZW5lcmljLjc0NzAxLjEyNTI0QHJ1c3RvbGV1bWNvbXAuYXBsaXRyYWsuY29t.gif">
