Job Title: Powersports Technician
Department: Service
Reports To: Service Manager
Summary:
The Powersports Technician is responsible for the diagnosis, repair, and maintenance of powersports vehicles, including motorcycles, ATVs, UTVs, and watercraft. The ideal candidate will have experience with a variety of powersports vehicles and be able to work independently and as part of a team.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Diagnose and repair powersports vehicles according to manufacturer specifications
- Perform routine maintenance tasks, such as oil changes, brake inspections, and tire rotations
- Troubleshoot and repair electrical problems
- Install and repair accessories
- Work with customers to understand their needs and provide excellent customer service
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 2+ years of experience as a powersports technician
- Knowledge of powersports vehicle systems and components
- Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent customer service skills
Preferred Qualifications:
- Certification from a recognized powersports technician program
- Experience with a variety of powersports vehicles
- Experience with diagnostic and troubleshooting equipment
Compensation and Benefits:
