Job Summary:

Frank Kent Motor Company is seeking a dynamic and experienced Bilingual Sales Associate to join our team at our Corsicana, Texas location. As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for selling new and used vehicles to customers while providing exceptional customer service. The ideal candidate will be fluent in both English and Spanish, have a strong background in sales, and be passionate about the automotive industry.

Compensation & Benefits:

Responsibilities:

- Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Understand and demonstrate knowledge of all vehicle models and features
- Conduct test drives and deliver vehicle presentations to customers
- Utilize effective sales techniques to close deals and meet sales goals
- Maintain knowledge of current sales and promotions to provide accurate information to customers
- Follow up with potential customers to ensure satisfaction and repeat business
- Collaborate with team members and management to ensure a positive customer experience
- Stay updated on industry trends and participate in ongoing sales and product training

Requirements:

- Bilingual in English and Spanish (written and verbal)
- Proven sales experience in the automotive industry
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong negotiation and closing skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and team-oriented environment
- Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) systems
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree is a plus
- Valid driver's license and a clean driving record
