Lease Operator

<br> <br> <b>RESPONSIBILITIES</b> <br> <br> <ul> <li>Monitor and control oil and gas production from assigned leases to ensure maximum efficiency and profitability.</li> <li>Conduct routine inspections of well sites, facilities, and equipment to ensure proper operation and maintenance.</li> <li>Monitor and maintain accurate records of production, injection, and operating data for all wells.</li> <li>Perform maintenance and repairs on production equipment, including pumps, separators, and pipelines.</li> <li>Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local regulations and guidelines related to oil and gas production.</li> <li>Coordinate with third-party service providers to ensure the safe and efficient completion of well maintenance and repair activities.</li> <li>Respond to emergency situations, such as spills or equipment malfunctions, in a timely and effective manner.</li> <li>Maintain effective communication with supervisors, co-workers, and other stakeholders to ensure a smooth and efficient operation.</li> <li>Experience with oilfield software (e.g., SCADA, CYGNET, eVin) is preferred.</li> <li>SAP Experience</li> </ul> <br> <br> <b>QUALIFICATIONS</b> <br> <br> <ul> <li>Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.</li> <li>Knowledge of oil and gas production equipment and processes</li> <li>Ability to work well in a team environment and communicate effectively with other operators, supervisors, and management.</li> <li>Good organizational skills and attention to detail</li> <li>Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.</li> <li>Willingness to work flexible hours and be on-call as required.</li> <li>Valid driver's license and ability to pass a background check and drug test.</li> </ul>Physical Requirements:<br> <ul> <li>Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.</li> <li>Ability to work in outdoor environments in various weather conditions.</li> <li>Ability to climb ladders and stairs and work at heights.</li> <li>Ability to work in confined spaces and wear personal protective equipment as required.</li> </ul><img src="https://counter.adcourier.com/YmJnZW5lcmljLjg1MzQ1LjEyNTI0QHdvb2RwbGNvbXAuYXBsaXRyYWsuY29t.gif">
