Assistant Process Operator - Reaction CPG-MFG

<b>JOB DESCRIPTION</b> <br> <br> <ul> <li>Complete work functions within production operations </li> <li>Responsible for the quality blending of finished products and the bulk, drum, and pail packaging of products</li> <li>Compliance of all safety initiatives and certification requirements</li> <li>Full understanding of Chemical Hazards specific to area assigned to, including PPE</li> <li> General forklift duties and also required</li> <li>The core responsibility for blending and packaging of products demands the use of mechanical and electrical equipment such as pumps, mixing equipment, and automation control systems</li> <li>Completion and compliance of all safety initiatives and certification requirements including all near miss and incident reporting</li> <li>Accountable for the data entry of production tickets, good receipts, and shipping documentation</li> <li>Daily inspection of work area and monthly document reporting. Ensure that a clean organized work environment is maintained at all times.</li> <li>Assist with physical inventory counts and processes</li> <li>Compliance with all applicable ISO requirements</li> <li>Other duties as assigned by supervisor</li> </ul> <strong>Position Requirements:</strong> <br> <ul> <li>High school diploma or equivalent </li> <li>Must be able to wear respirator and work in confined spaces</li> <li>Must be able to wear fall protection, work at heights, climb stairs and ladders.</li> <li>Preferred, Manufacturing, Chemical or Technical experience 2+ years </li> <li>Ability to work at Plant located in Corsicana, TX</li> <li>Ability to lift and carry 50 lbs, bend, squat down and reach above your head. </li> <li>Able to Work 12 hour shift: Dupont Schedule, Day and Graveyard rotation - 12 hour shift</li> <li>Ability to work in the US without sponsorship</li> </ul> <strong>Starting Benefits & Pay:</strong> <br> <ul> <li>$25.00 per Hour to start with Pay for Progression program</li> <li>$1.00 per hour shift pay premium </li> <li>Potential for 6% annual bonus</li> <li>14 paid holidays annually</li> <li>88 hours vacation accrued annually</li> <li>40 hour sick time (ETO) annually</li> <li>Paid Weekly</li> <li>Plus Medical, Dental, Vision, Life Insurance, STD, LTD, Parental Leave, 100% education reimbursement, 401K match, Stock Options, and Pension </li> </ul><img src="https://counter.adcourier.com/YmJnZW5lcmljLjMxODMxLjEyNTI0QHJ1c3RvbGV1bWNvbXAuYXBsaXRyYWsuY29t.gif">
