The Child and Family Guidance Center is seeking a dedicated and compassionate QMHP Case Manager , where you'll play a pivotal role in providing family-oriented, individual, and group rehabilitative mental health services.

What you’ll do
  • Deliver family oriented, individual and/or group rehabilitative mental health services, skills training and development, medication training, parenting skills training, and intensive case management services
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and confidentiality requirements
  • Maintain all case records (notes, treatment plans, and uniform assessments) accurately and maintain professional certification/licensure
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to coordinate care and referrals
What you bring
  • Bachelor's degree in rehab counseling, psychology, social work, or related field
  • Training in working with individuals with Severe and Persistent Mental Illness and Children with Severe Emotional Disturbances preferred
  • Familiarity with child and/or adult counseling and family dynamics
  • Strong therapeutic, communication, and organizational skills
  • Goal-oriented with the ability to work independently and exercise sound judgment
  • Demonstrated cultural competence and ability to work with diverse populations, bilingual a plus
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Products (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  • A valid driver license
