You will play a key role in onboarding, supporting, and building long-term relationships with customers. If you enjoy solving complex problems with simple, unified solutions, we would love to talk to you!<br><br>Essential Duties & Responsibilities<br><br><ul><li>Work closely with customers to understand their technical requirements and tailor solutions to meet their specific needs.</li><li>Ensure the logical and detailed conversion of customer and product requirements into total systems solutions that acknowledge technical, schedule, and cost constraints</li><li>Capture, interpret, quantify, and document customer requirements in a clear and concise manner</li><li>Communicate challenging, technical, and complex topics with a variety of stakeholders both internal and external from sales to engineering</li><li>Maintain s holistic view of the system and ensure that each stakeholder's needs are met</li><li>Coordinate with internal teams, including product development, production, and support, to ensure successful implementation and customer satisfaction.</li><li>Provide technical guidance and support throughout the sales process, including product configuration, customization, and integration.</li></ul><br>Basic Qualifications<br><br><ul><li>Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering or related field or equivalent experience.</li><li>Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.</li><li>Strong communication skills with the ability to effectively communicate technical concepts to non-technical audiences.</li><li>Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.</li></ul><br>Preferred Qualifications<br><br><ul><li>3 years of experience as a Sales Engineer, Systems Engineer, or similar role.</li><li>Strong knowledge of low voltage control systems</li><li>Experience with CAN bus</li><li>Experience in the RV industry</li></ul><br>Job Type: Full-time<br><br>Benefits:<br><ul><li>401(k) matching</li><li>Dental insurance</li><li>Flexible schedule</li><li>Health insurance</li><li>Paid time off</li><li>Referral program</li><li>Vision insurance</li></ul><br>Application Question(s):<br><ul><li>Employment drug screening is required before hiring.</li><li>Will Sponsorship Assistance be Required? </li><li>Will you approve a complete background check should you be offered the position? </li></ul><br>Education:<br><ul><li>Bachelor's (Preferred)</li></ul><br>Experience:<br><ul><li>CAN Bus: 1 year (Preferred)</li><li>Systems analysis: 2 years (Preferred)</li><li>Relevant (RV): 1 year (Preferred)</li></ul><br>Language:<br><ul><li>Fluent English (Required)</li></ul><br>Shift availability:<br><ul><li>Day Shift (Required)</li></ul><br>Ability to Relocate:<br><ul><li>Middlebury, IN 46540: Relocate before starting work (Required)</li></ul><br><ul><li>Work Location: Hybrid remote in Middlebury, IN 46540</li></ul>
