T&M Associates is currently seeking a highly motivated Software Developer to join our growing Technology Department. The ideal candidate will have experience working with C#, ASP.NET, MVC, SQL Server, and JavaScript. The individual will be responsible for designing and developing software applications that meet business requirements. The individual will also be responsible for mentoring junior developers and providing technical leadership.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop software applications that meet business requirements.
  • Mentor junior developers and provide technical leadership.
  • Work with cross-functional teams to design and develop new features and applications.
  • Participate in code reviews to ensure code quality.
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation.

Qualifications

  • 3-5 years of relevant work experience as an application developer or any equivalent combination of education, training and experience.
  • Extensive experience in C#, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, SQL, IIS, Azure, XML, REST, Entity Framework and Visual Studio required.
  • Extensive knowledge and understanding of application life-cycle, full stack development, databases and application services.
  • Microsoft Certified Solutions Developer (MCSD) desirable, but not required.
  • Experience with Blazor, MVC, AngularJS and Bootstrap desirable.
  • Experience with SharePoint development and customization desirable.
  • Industry certifications from Microsoft (.Net, SQL Server, Azure, etc.) are preferred.
  • Ability to organize and manage multiple priorities.
  • Strong analytical, interpersonal, writing and verbal communication skills are required.
  • Availability for limited travel as dictated by projects and opportunities.
