Pay R ange: $19.00/hr to $23.00/hr depending on experience

Job Duties:

  • Answer and route all incoming calls
  • Setting up and scheduling service calls
  • Assist Service Dispatcher
  • Interact with customers via telephone, email, or in-person to provide support and information on products or services
  • Maintains customer accounts and records of customer interactions
  • Other duties as assigned

Requirements:

  • Familiar with the geographical area
  • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to multi-task
  • Proficient in MS Office and other computer systems
  • Ability to use a multi-phone line system
  • Career-driven with the desire to move up in the organization
  • Energetic personality
