Classes include but are not limited to HEA 110, Personal Health and Wellness which is taught in person.<br /> <br />This course provides an introduction to basic personal health and wellness. Emphasis is placed on current health issues such as nutrition, mental health, and fitness. Meet deadlines, including maintaining and submitting accurate class records, employee records/requests, and other assigned tasks.</p> <strong>Duty and Responsibility::</strong> <p>7.
