SYSTEMS ADMINISTRATOR<br><br>To support the firm's continued growth, we are seeking a highly motivated person for the role of IT Help Desk-Systems Administrator in our Information Technology group.<br><br>Based in New York, the IT Help Desk-Systems Administrator will act as the primary point of contact for all office IT-related queries and provide technical expertise to solve problems.<br><br>WHAT YOU WILL DO:<br>&bull; Provide first level support for all desktop issues and executive/team support; advanced<br><br>troubleshooting across all relevant IT verticals (end user hardware, mobility, desktop applications, printing/scanning, network fundamentals, updates and patching, etc.)<br>&bull; Deploy computers, laptops, printers, mobile phones etc. and the associated technology behind those devices (OS imaging, application installation, Mobile Device Management, security hardening, etc.)<br>&bull; Develop and provide end-user training and orientation on IT systems and processes<br>&bull; Support audio/visual capabilities for meeting rooms and end users (Polycom/Webex)<br>&bull; Provide users with mailboxes, licenses and permissions on both on-premisie Active Directory/Azure AD and Office 365<br>&bull; Maintain accurate documentation and designs of systems configurations, architecture, and network/operating procedures<br>&bull; Execute various change management initiatives; adhering to relevant best practices/procedures; assess the impact of change activity, and determine the appropriate timeframe<br>&bull; Security analysis, policy application and security monitoring on all systems handled within the group<br>&bull; Develop and maintain processes around systems management, security, hardware, and software inventory; physical maintenance of systems as required<br><br>WHAT YOU BRING:<br>&bull; Minimum 5 years' experience in IT with at least 2-3 years being in a systems administration role<br>&bull; Excellent verbal and written communication skills with an ability to build a rapport and trust with team members<br>&bull; Highly collaborative, result-driven and service-oriented team player, able to work between different teams and individuals, capable of addressing conflicting priorities, working under pressure, working around difficult circumstances and people's personalities.<br>&bull; An analytical, detail oriented, team player experienced working collaboratively in a fast-paced,<br><br>dynamic environment<br>&bull; Ability to identify and action gaps in IT service delivery - passion to provide the best working<br><br>environment and technical landscape/service offering possible<br>&bull; Strong, proven understanding of core Microsoft technologies like DNS, DHCP, Active Directory, Group Policy<br>&bull; Citrix XenApp management, operations, and/or certification an asset<br>&bull; VMware/virtual environment and Cloud application experience<br>&bull; Experience working with and managing storage and backup products<br>&bull; ITIL and Change Management experience a definite asset<br>&bull; HP, IBM, EMC, VMWare, and Microsoft vendor experience and support escalation<br><br> NO C2C, H1B, EAD
