Business Operations Specialist (Korean-English bilingual)

Job Summary:
 
As a Business Operations Specialist, you will prepare and report business planning and take a lead role in IT security management, overseeing the implementation of protocols to safeguard company data and systems.
Additionally, you will be responsible for the end-to-end payroll processing, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulations.
 
Principle Responsibilities:
 
  • Business Plan
    • Annual business planning (P&L and Balance Sheets)
    • Quarterly Forecast of P&L and BS
    • Monthly performance analysis of business units
    • Control budgets
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather input and ensure alignment with company objectives
  • Reporting and Documentation
    • Prepare detailed reports and documentation for headquarters, summarizing key business metrics and performance indicators
    • Respond to HQ ’ s ad hoc requests (inventory and AR aging, etc.)
    • Collaborate with various departments to collect and compile relevant data for reporting purposes
  • Payroll Processing
    • Manage end-to-end payroll processing, ensuring accuracy and compliance with relevant regulations
    • C ollaborate with HR to gather and verify payroll data
    • Address payroll-related inquiries and discrepancies in a timely manner
 
Job Qualification:
 
  • Bachelor ’ s degree in a related discipline (Business major concentrating on accounting and MIS)
  • 2~3 years of experience in business planning and forecast
  • Must possess a good command of MS Excel and PowerPoint
  • Need to write business analysis report in both Korean and English
  • Prior experience in payroll processing and compliance preferred
  • Strong analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks concurrently
