Marketplace Manager

Aetrex, Inc. is looking for a dynamic Marketplace Manager to join our E-Commerce & Digital Marketing team. In this role, you will be tasked with improving our product creation process, creating a metric-based evaluation of the catalog of products on multiple marketplaces, creation of ads on marketplaces and ensuring each product listed is SEO optimized for Aetrex products to appear on non-branded keyword results.<br><br><strong>What You'll Do:</strong><br><ul><li>Work with the Technical Operations Manager to expand into other marketplaces (Walmart, eBay, Target & etc)</li><li>Upload, maintain and analyze our current and every growing product offering across multiple marketplaces.</li><li>Create promotional and communication flows in line with the product launch strategy</li><li>Maintain product assortment and various product listing pages, including keywords, creative assets, copy and video</li><li>Manage Aetrex storefronts across all 3rd party market places</li><li>Optimize brand presence within Amazon</li><li>Provide weekly reports of performance on marketplaces</li><li>Collection of product reviews across multiple marketplaces</li><li>Maintain adequate inventory levels to ensure customer satisfaction.</li><li>Manage the full order fulfillment lifecycle from order inception to delivery</li><li>Act as a product specialist for customers by gathering all points of data from multiple departments.</li><li>Review and troubleshoot the marketplaces daily ensuring account health, support tickets, product policies, and compliances, ODR, and voice of the customer.</li><li>An understanding of Amazon Advertising sponsored products & brand campaigns Adjust Bids, Budgets, Placements & Keywords</li><li>Write/edit clear, concise, clean, and SEO optimized copy for products with a focus on the company-owned website, Amazon.com, and other third-party eCommerce sites (e.g., Target.com, Walmart.com) for best searchability</li></ul><br><strong>Requirements:</strong><br><ul><li>Bachelor's degree. </li><li>At least 2-3 years of e-commerce work experience</li><li>Extreme attention to detail</li><li>Multitasking while maintaining the quality of work</li><li>Able to work on your own and as part of a small team</li><li>Ability to learn quickly. You will need to learn about our products and processes.</li><li>Excellent verbal and written English skills</li><li>Microsoft Outlook and Office knowledge and experience</li><li>Daily commuting to Teaneck, NJ.
