Oliver Inc. is seeking a dedicated

Account Manager

to join our ASB Client Services team. The ASB Client Services Account Manager delivers a high-quality customer experience, ensuring seamless interaction with ASB division accounts/clients. This role supports customer engagement from sales to production to delivery, with the goal of developing and retaining business. The

will cultivate strong relationships with existing clients and identify opportunities for growth within our comprehensive range of folding cartons and fiber-based packaging products and services.

About the Role:

As an

Account Manager , you will:

Manage CRM contacts, track customer interactions, monitor workflow for customers, strategize and problem solve in coordination with sales department. Create customer sales specifications for purposes of generating quotes/estimates and creating job layouts. Regularly interface with customers on current and future projects and programs to facilitate quality product and timely delivery. Develop and implement strategic plans to increase revenue from existing accounts, ensuring customer satisfaction and retention. Analyze and qualify leads generated from tradeshows, identifying potential opportunities for business growth. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide tailored solutions and support to clients, driving long-term partnerships and maximizing account value. About You

You're a fit for the role of

Account Manager

if your background includes:

Excellent oral and written communication skills. General knowledge of the printing and packaging industry is preferred. Ability to multi-task in a high-volume, fast-paced environment. Three or more years of experience in account management or customer service, with a proven track record of growing revenue from existing accounts. Experience in lead qualification and business development. Bachelor's degree preferred. Proficiency in Windows, Word, Excel, ERP, and CRM systems. Willingness to travel occasionally, including overnight trips when necessary.
