About the role:
As an IT Architect, you will be regarded as a leader and expert in the field of Architecture Governance. As an individual contributor and experienced professional you may coordinate and guide the work of others. Barriers to entry, senior management review required.

What you will be doing:
• Able to act independently to resolve highly complex problems.
• Able to own delivery of 5+ governance related engagements simultaneously through a combination of hands-on work and oversight of peers.
• Able to revise architecture content framework along with authoring, reviewing, and publishing architecture content.
• Ability to design and execute new operating models and working practices.
• Able to work on complex problems of diverse scope where analysis of data requires in-depth evaluation of variable factors.
• Able to self-determine work priorities based on general direction.
• Able to lead governance related engagements.
• Able to lead &/or facilitate large workshops.
• Provides oversight to Enterprise & Solution Architects.
• Able to independently present to senior leadership (e.g., WE-ARB).
What you will need:
Bachelor's degree in computer science or engineering or the equivalent combination of education, training, or work experience.
• Knowledge of emerging methodologies, models, and techniques.
• Proficient in architecture tools/frameworks, has implemented practices using tools & frameworks, experience in ALC, PLM, SDLC, ITSM.
• Specialist in advanced product, technology, and/or business concepts.
• Served in a leadership role for the work group through in-depth knowledge in area of governance.
• Outstanding verbal and written communication skills to technical and non-technical audiences of various levels in the organization, e.g., executive, management, individual contributors.
• Excellent analytical, decision-making, problem-solving, team and time management skills.
• Ability to mentor, persuade and influence others on the best approach to take.

Worldpay is committed to providing its employees with an exciting career opportunity and competitive compensation. The pay range for this full-time position is $145,900.00 - $245,120.00 and reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for this position based on the posted role, level, and location. Within the range, actual individual starting pay is determined additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Any changes in work location will also impact actual individual starting pay. Please consult with your recruiter about the specific salary range for your preferred location during the hiring process.
