Part-Time Day AL Overview The State Tested Nurse Aide (STNA) cares for residents in our nursing facilities under the direction of nursing and medical staff. Earn up to $11.05 plus an increase after 90 days and shift differential. Responsibilities * Cares for residents in a nursing home, or other medical facility under the direction of nursing and medical staff. * Performs initial and ongoing comprehensive assessment of patients, caregivers/family to determine home care needs. * Cares for residents who need assistance or total care, and help with activities of daily living. * Gives excellent customer service to patients, families, visitors and staff. * Works in tandem with the nursing team, ensuring professionalism in all STNA duties. * Documents STNA care on flow sheets. * Performs routine rounds to ensure residents are safe, clean and comfortable. Requirements * Must have a high school diploma or general education degree (GED or the required experience. * 1-3 months of related experience and/or training OR equivalent combination of education and experience is preferred. * Must be a State Tested Nurse Aide (STNA) in Ohio. * Experience in Point Click Care is a plus.
