Sorter/Labor - All Shifts

VHM Enterprises is looking for a recycling sorter for all shifts to join our team. This person has the ability to follow verbal direction, able to adapt to changing schedules or routines with a positive attitude. It's full time and day and evening shifts.

Responsibilities: 

• Sort Materials –  Hand-sort recyclable materials inside of gondolas and are able to sort accurately organize recycled materials.
• Critical Thinking – sorting the recycling can be very fast paced and you need to be able to think how to get your tasks done in the most efficient yet safe way
• Operate Equipment – it is a plus to know how to operate a Hilo. Not required. 
• Other – Pick up and empty trash containers.

Requirements: 

• Be reliable and punctual for shift
• Must be a team player and chip in when needed to get the job done. 
• Must be able to stand, bend, stoop, and reach for an eight-hour shift.
• Must be able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds at times
• Must follow Health and Safety procures.
• Must be able to pass a clean background check and drug screen upon employment
