Summary:

The Network Administrator assists the IT department in setting up, maintaining, and supporting both network and end-user hardware/software resources.

Responsibilities: Support end-user software and hardware issues. Configure PCs and install software for end users. Perform diagnostics on computer hardware and software Troubleshoot hardware and software issues Qualifications & Experience:

Knowledgeable about PC based systems – setup and support. Familiar with Windows operating systems, related programs, and other software. Basic knowledge of various hardware components, such as switches, routers, network cabling, printers, tablets, phones, etc. Capable of troubleshooting computer hardware and software problems and requests. Capable of working efficiently in accordance with routine daily schedules. Good communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills. Other requirements:

Hours as required to meet the needs of your projects. Education recommended:

Associate’s Degree in Computer Science or a similar field Certifications from Microsoft, Comp Tia , A+, Network+ Equivalent work experience Physical Requirements:

Must be able to lift 50 pounds,, reach overhead, and bend over equipment as needed. Must be able to access and navigate each department at Ingersoll’s facilities. Ability to work in various physical positions in accordance to work requirements. Benefits:
