Overview
The Solar Sales Representative is responsible for generating leads for solar panels and closing sales deals. The representative should be able to demonstrate the advantages of solar energy to potential clients and provide excellent customer service.

Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Generate sales leads for solar panels.
  • Conduct client consultations to analyze energy usage requirements.
  • Create solar panel installation plans for each client's specific needs.
  • Prepare sales proposals and contracts.
  • Educate clients on the advantages of solar energy.
  • Close sales deals and maintain relationships with clients.
  • Keep up to date with industry trends and new solar technologies.
  • Work with solar panel installation team to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Track sales leads, sales pipeline, and prospects.
  • Coordinate with the project team regarding installations.

Requirements:
  • At least 2-3 years of experience in sales, marketing, or customer service, preferably in the solar industry.
  • Solar sales experience is preferred but not required.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong negotiation and sales skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Knowledge of solar panel technology and installation processes.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Self-motivated and passionate about renewable energy.
  • Ability to work independently.
  • Ability to do door-to-door selling and direct marketing.
  • Willingness to travel as required.
  • Driver's License (required)
