We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Solar Sales Specialist to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth by closing deals, conducting in-home consultations, and generating leads.

Responsibilities:

1. Closing Deals: As a Solar Sales Specialist, you will be responsible for identifying potential clients, presenting our solar energy solutions, and successfully closing deals. You will work closely with our clients to understand their energy needs and recommend the most suitable solar solutions to meet their requirements.

2. In-Home Consultations: You will be required to conduct in-home consultations with prospective clients to assess their energy consumption patterns, property layout, and other relevant factors. This will help you provide accurate and customized solar energy solutions to meet their specific needs.

3. Lead Generation: To ensure a steady flow of potential clients, you will be responsible for generating leads through various channels, such as networking, cold calling, door knocking and marketing campaigns. You will also be expected to maintain and expand our database of potential clients.

4. Customer Relationship Management: Building and maintaining strong relationships with our clients is crucial to our success. You will be responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction by addressing their concerns, providing after-sales support, and following up on any post-installation issues.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in solar sales or a similar field
  • Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to build rapport and establish trust with clients
  • Strong negotiation and closing skills
  • Familiarity with solar energy systems and their installation process
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Valid driver's license and ability to travel within the assigned territory
