With a focus on CNC programming, technology integration, project management, and expanding our operations, you'll be instrumental in our journey to success.<br><br><strong>Key Responsibilities:</strong><br><br><strong>1. CNC Programming and Equipment Upgrades:</strong><br><ul><li>Leverage your expertise in CNC programming, specifically in G-code writing with Mastercam, to help us transition from manual machining to a predominantly CNC-based operation.</li><li>Manage a budget dedicated to upgrading our CNC equipment and machinery.</li></ul><br><strong>2. Technology Integration:</strong><br><ul><li>Take the lead in optimizing efficiency by harnessing our newly implemented MRP system with barcode scanners.</li><li>Utilize your tech-savvy skills to explore and fully leverage Liquid Planner, a cloud-based project management software that streamlines our processes.</li></ul><br><strong>3. Project Management:</strong><br><ul><li>Be an effective project manager, ensuring seamless communication with our valued customers on a weekly basis regarding the status of their orders.</li><li>Use your skills to maintain and enhance our client relationships through effective project management.</li></ul><br><strong>4. Expansion and Growth:</strong><br><ul><li>With our recent acquisition, we anticipate doubling our business this year.</li><li>Over the next 18 months, you will be at the forefront of efforts to either build a new factory or relocate to a larger facility, thereby leading our expansion efforts.</li></ul><br><strong>5. Engineering Proficiency:</strong><br><ul><li>Ideally, you possess an engineering background and are highly proficient in SolidWorks, contributing to our product development and innovation.</li></ul><br><strong>Qualifications:</strong><br><ul><li>A CNC programming expert with experience in G-code writing using Mastercam.</li><li>Tech-savvy with a strong understanding of modern manufacturing technologies.</li><li>Proven project management skills and experience with cloud-based project management software, such as Liquid Planner.</li><li>An engineering background and proficiency in SolidWorks are preferred.</li><li>A "go-getter" attitude with a passion for contributing to a rapidly growing company.</li></ul>
