Plant Manager

Responsibilities:

Implement strategic improvements for production, quality and labor utilization throughout the facility. Provide leadership to ensure effective utilization of plant personnel and equipment. Collaborate with functional departments in the implementation of consistent improvements. Plan and coordinate manufacturing operations for production, equipment, processes to final shipping of all products. Ensure that production is scheduled in accordance with capacity and customer requirements. Manage materials replenishment, quality standards, equipment PM/service and performance metrics in support of organizational goals and objectives.

Requirements:

A Bachelor’s degree in operations, management, or business is highly preferred; commensurate experience will be considered. 10+ years of experience in Manufacturing Operations. 5+ years of experience in Management and Leadership. Demonstrate understanding of lean manufacturing principles.
