Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive patient assessments, including physical examinations and collection of clinical data.
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans, taking into account patient needs and preferences.
  • Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient care and effective communication.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest medical research, best practices, and regulatory requirements.
  • Provide education and support to patients and their families, promoting health literacy and self-management.
Requirements
  • Master's degree in Nursing from an accredited program.
  • Current licensure as a Nurse Practitioner in the state of New York.
  • Advanced Trauma Life Support (ATLS) certification.
  • Basic Life Support (BCLS) certification.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
