Job Summary:

The Overnight Scheduling Coordinator is responsible for establishing and directing operational communications and logistical support between the company and our clients globally.  Shift begins at 10:00PM and concludes at 6:00 AM.

Requirements:

  • Education: High school diploma or equivalency
  • Customer focused with a high sense of urgency in conflict resolution
  • High level of proficiency in Microsoft Office, Adobe, Share Point, and Excel
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication. Bilingual (English/ Spanish) preferred, but not required
  • Demonstrated ability to multitask under pressure, and quickly solve problems
  • Availability/ flexibility in schedule- we operate 24 hours/ day and are filling multiple shifts
  • High degree of discretion dealing with confidential information
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Ability to pass a background check/ drug test
Responsibilities/Job Duties:

  • Receive and acknowledge requests for service(s) from company clients in a timely and professional manner
  • Accurately enter service requests into Company logs, trackers, and databases as directed
  • Disseminate information pertinent to the completion of service(s) in a timely manner and to the appropriate parties
  • Establish and maintain communication with company clients and partners to track progress and ensure the timely, professional, and safe completion of services
  • Document, and provide a timely written report of service deviances to on-duty Company supervisor
  • Maintain discretion, confidentiality, and professionalism when interacting with company clients and partners
Schedule:

  • 8 hour shift 
  • 3rd shift/overnights
  • Holidays
  • Weekend availability
