As an Insurance Customer Service Representative, you are responsible for assisting clients with policy inquiries, claims processing, and general insurance-related questions. Responsibilities
  • Nurture strong customer relationships and aim to increase client retention and product loyalty.
  • Issue Insurance Documentation (COI, ID cards, etc.)
  • Ensure consistent and prompt communication with clients to address their needs and concerns to ensure retention standards.
  • Pay meticulous attention to detail when reviewing policies, contracts, and client data to minimize errors and ensure the highest level of accuracy.
  • Handle various client interactions, policy inquiries, and administrative duties concurrently, without compromising the quality of service.
  • Handle confidential information with discretion and follow established protocols.

Requirements
  • A high school diploma or equivalent is required. Associate's degree/bachelor's degree is a BONUS.
  • A Florida 4-40 Customer Representative License is required . Must obtain before the hire start date.
  • 1+ years of experience in a professional services environment (insurance, banking, real estate, mortgage, etc.)
  • Fundamental knowledge of computer software, data entry, typing, and using a multi-line phone system.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and problem-solve with attention to detail, accuracy, and speed.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to foster teamwork and productivity while staying open to new ideas.
  • Exemplify professionalism over the phone, in writing, and in the office to create a positive work environment and ensure effective communication.
