At Cross Environmental Services Inc., we are looking for a detail-oriented and organized Administrative Assistant to join our team.

The ideal candidate will have strong communication and organizational skills, as well as the ability to work independently and efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities include:

  • Providing administrative support to the management team
  • Answering phone calls and directing them to the appropriate department
  • Greeting/Directing office visitors
  • Accounts payable processing
  • Responding to emails and other correspondence
  • Organizing and scheduling travel arrangements for out-of-town workers
  • Maintaining office supplies
  • Assisting with document preparation and filing
  • Performing data entry and maintaining databases
  • Other general administrative duties as assigned

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 1-2 years of experience in an administrative role
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks
  • Attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality
