Job Description:
We are seeking a reliable and dedicated Medical Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a strong work ethic, and a passion for patient care. As a Medical Assistant, you will be responsible for both administrative and clinical tasks to support the smooth operation of our practice.
Responsibilities include but not limited to:

• Greet and check-in patients take initial patient history 
• Providing care management services between visits
• Schedule appointments and interim patient care 
• Assist with prior authorizations and administrative paper work 
• Take and record vital signs and medical histories
• Prepare and maintain examination rooms
• Perform PFTs and EKGs, download cgms 
• Handle scanning and faxes
• Provide patient education and support
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment

Qualifications:

•   M edical Assistant certification (CMA or RMA) preferred
• Previous experience in a private medical office setting is a plus
• Proficiency in electronic health records (EHR) systems
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Compassionate and patient-centered approach
