Position Overview:
As a Medical Assistant with our practice, you will play a vital role in supporting our healthcare providers and ensuring the seamless delivery of high quality patient care. Your responsibilities will include:

• Assist Providers during medical examinations and with patient intake and coordination of care  
• Prepare patients for evaluation by obtaining vital signs, medication updates etc
• Performing  clinical tasks such as  EKGs, PFTs, data download
• Using EPIC  electronic medical records for documentation and interim patient care
• Provide patient education and answering questions as required
• Assist with administrative tasks as required.

Qualifications:
We are seeking candidates who possess the following qualifications:

•   Graduation with certification from an accredited Medical Assistant program.
• Two years of experience working as a Medical Assistant in a private practice seting 
• Proficiency in clinical procedures including vital sign measurement,
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with electronic medical records (EPIC)  preferred.
