Monarch Staffing Solutions is a direct-hire recruitment firm that partners with local businesses to assist with expediting their hiring processes. This is a direct-hire (non-temporary) position for our client.

What we're looking for:

Case Managers to join the Mental Health & SUD teams at our Detroit, Grosse Pointe and Westland locations. The Case Managers will p rovide a broad range of case management, therapeutic and psychiatric social work services to individuals with a mental health and/or co-occurring disorders. 

Compensation Range:

This position has an annual salary range of $50,000-$60,000 and is based on non-discriminatory factors such as licensure, skills and experience.

Qualifications:

Required

Education:

  • Master’s degree in Social Work or Counseling from an accredited school

Experience.

  • At least one (1)  years of clinical experience working with individuals with mental illnesses, substance use disorders, and/or developmental disabilities
  • Non-profit experience

Credentials:

  • Full or Limited License Master Social Workers (LMSW, LLMSW) 
  • CADC or CAADC are preferred
  • A valid Michigan Driver’s License with an acceptable driving record.

  • Provides individual and group therapy to persons served with Mental Health or Co-Occurring disorders.
  • Provides case management services in consumers’ residences and at program.
  • Conducts intakes and submit recommendations for suggested treatment.
  • Ensures that persons-served receive regular assessments and that services are provided in person centered approach.
  • Maintains a case load that is audit ready at all times.
  • Maintains accurate and sufficient documentation to permit successful entering into Electronic Medical Records (EMR) and allow for timely billing.
  • Writes, maintains and submits accurate, complete and timely documentation (daily progress notes, consumer records, vehicle records, accident reports, incident reports) to ensure quality, service compliance with the IPOS and with funders.
  • Keeps abreast of all required trainings including CPR, First Aide, Recipient Rights, and Person-Centered Planning.
  • Complies with Corporate Compliance Standards.
  • Facilitates crisis intervention, conflict resolution and stress management.
  • Responds immediately to emergencies.
  • Makes referrals to supportive services.
  • Collaborates with other persons/groups including families, staff and community service providers.
  • Demonstrates strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Demonstrates high level of interpersonal skills necessary to provide mental health services to consumers and their identified natural support systems.
  • Manages multiple tasks and time management.
  • Demonstrates knowledge of principles and processes for providing customer and personal services, including customer needs assessment, meeting quality standards for services, and evaluation of customer satisfaction.
