<p style="text-align:left;"><b>Job Description</b><p><ul><li>Responsible for improving the customer buying experience through the delivery of new web features and enhancements.</li><li>Collaborate cross-functionally to identify, develop, and implement the eCommerce product road map.</li><li>Oversee day-to-day operations of the Digital Product Management team.</li></ul><p> CORE JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:</p><ul><li>Develop and mentor a team of Product Owners to effectively evaluate, prioritize, develop, manage, implement and test new eCommerce initiatives to improve the customer experience.</li><li>Work closely with IS to plan and manage the release of new website features and enhancements.</li><li>Oversee day-to-day scrum activities to identify and create new features and enhancements.</li><li>Serve as a liaison and primary point of contact, or escalation, within the eCommerce organization for cross-functional partners.</li><li>Create and maintain the eCommerce product roadmap to meet the current and future needs of the customer and the business.</li><li>Foster cross-functional relationships with stakeholders throughout the organization to gain support for the eCommerce product roadmap.</li><li>Work with stakeholders to execute and drive adoption and utilization of new systems and products.</li><li>Solicit feedback from stakeholders to support continuous improvement efforts.</li></ul><p>Management responsibilities include:</p><ul><li>Typically, manages through multiple Managers. </li><li>Provides leadership and management to one or more major departments of an operating unit or to a department that has system-wide accountability.</li><li>Strategic, tactical and operational planning (12 + months) for the function or department;</li><li>Direct budgetary responsibility for one or more departments, functions or major projects/programs;</li><li>Interpret and execute policies for departments/projects and develops;</li><li>Recommend and implement new policies or modifications to existing policies;</li><li>Hiring staff, recommending pay increases, performing performance reviews, training and development of staff, estimating personnelneeds, assigning work, meeting completion dates, interpreting and ensuring consistent application of organizational policies.</li><li>Education - Bachelor's degree.</li><li>Relevant Work Experience</li><li>At least 8 years of eCommerce experience managing technical projects or programs. -</li><li>At least 4 years of experience directly managing people including hiring, developing, motivating, and directing people as they work. </li><li>Additional - Experience with Agile development methodologies, developing business use cases, user stories and/or strategic planning.</li><li>Experience maintaining product ownership and providing support for features and enhancements, post-go-live.</li><li>Experience leveraging data and analytics to evaluate current performance and identify gaps in eCommerce product offerings.</li><li>Experience applying understanding of web technology fundamentals.</li></ul><p> PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS -</p><ul><li>Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business, Marketing, or related field.</li><li>Experience implementing best practices related to eCommerce projects.</li><li>Experience applying understanding of web technology fundamentals. - Prior experience with user acceptance testing (UAT).</li></ul><p style="text-align:inherit;"></p><p style="text-align:left;"><b>Benefits</b> - Medline is committed to offering competitive benefits and a variety of choices to best meet the needs of you and your family.
