This person will be responsible for gathering requirements for ML and GenAI based business solutions in ambiguous settings, and drive execution involving cross functional teams, using scrum-based project management. This is not a purely functional role, and requires hands-on data analysis with SQL and Python, particularly during experimentation, pilot and hyper care periods of projects. Experience with large, matrixed organizations will be helpful in this role. Familiarity with GenAI projects will be a plus.</h2><p><h2><b>Major Responsibilities:</b></h2><ul><li>Run project discovery and requirements gathering by working with business and technical stakeholders.</li><li>Serve as a Scrum Master in a cross functional setting, through project execution.</li><li>For Machine Learning projects, perform hands-on data analysis (SQL/Python) through experimentation to understand business processes through data, identify gaps, and analyze outcomes/performance of models.</li><li>For GenAI projects, work with business partners and developers to analyze the state of data/content, engineer prompts, test and revise them iteratively.</li><li>Lauch pilot of ML and genAI solutions, working closely with business partners. Collect feedback and enable iterative and rapid improvements with Data Scientists and Developers.</li><li>Support delivery management by helping create business presentations, specifically helping tell a story with data.</li><li>Monitor performance of models in production, identify drift/non-performance, and drive improvement.</li></ul></div></div></div><div></div><div></div><div><div></div><div></div><div></div><div></div><div><h2></h2><h2></h2><h2></h2><h2><b>Qualifications:</b></h2><ul><li><span>At least 2 years of experience as a Business Analyst or similar role on an Applied AI team. Alternatively, 3 years of experience with progressive movement on Data &amp; Analytics team.</span></li><li>Proficient in SQL and Python for data analysis.</li><li>Strong project management skills and experience with Agile methodologies.</li><li>Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with experience working in a matrixed organization.</li><li>GenAI experience, or Conversational AI/Chatbots experience a plus, but not required. </li><li> Knowledge of low code/no code platforms a plus, but not required.</li></ul><p><h2><b>Education</b>:</h2><ul><li><span>Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field.</span></li></ul><p><h2></h2><h2><b><i><u>About Medline</u></i></b><br /><i>Medline Industries is the largest privately held manufacturer and distributor of healthcare supplies in the United States, providing more than 550,000 products that serve the entire continuum of care.
