Interaction with all areas of the manufacturing plant site will be inherent to this position as well as the ability to problem solve and prioritize activities to meet project deadlines.</span></p><br /><br /><b>Responsibilities</b><br /><br /><ul><li><span>Provide automation support for Operations, Quality Assurance, Information Technology, Maintenance, and Production Engineering to ensure a safe and efficient facility to produce quality materials.</span></li><li><span>Lead / assist facility designs or modifications as it relates to automation and alarm system needs. This may include control panel design, network architecture, computer systems, other as needed.</span></li><li><span>Perform necessary automation / engineering functions to support project related design work and project capital requests.</span></li><li><span>Provide equipment / instrument troubleshooting support. </span></li><li><span>Responsible for training contractors and vendors for any work on site via appropriate policies and procedures.</span></li><li><span>Train employees across departments in system changes and updates to ensure proper operation of DCS systems.</span></li><li><span>Develop, revise, and maintain loop sheets, system hierarchy documentation, drawings, and sketches as they pertain to projects throughout the facility.</span></li></ul><p><span> </span></p><p><span>All employees are required to adhere to DEA, EPA, FDA and cGMP regulations as they relate to the operation of the Company; and to adhere to all company safety rules and procedures. All employees are expected to report to work regularly and promptly.
