This MVP will join the practice leadership, which prioritizes a fulfilling, healthy, and balanced work environment and is passionate about veterinary medicine.

A minimum of 2 years of practicing in a small-animal clinic is preferred. Open to new grads -- perfect opportunity for an emerging Veterinarian. AVP is looking for an entrepreneurial leader for future equity partnership in the clinic.

AVP wants our veterinarians to practice the best medicine they can and in their style. Our DVMs practice good medicine and deliver quality patient care as our top priority. AVP does not dictate quotas but encourages collaboration. We will provide you with all the tools, equipment, resources, training, support, and staff you need to do so.

We'll provide a flexible schedule that fits your lifestyle, requiring only 35-40 total hours per week, including non-clinical duties.

No on-call is required, as all after-hours emergencies are referred to local ERs.
