Warehouse Associate Part Time (Distributor)

We are currently looking for a qualified Warehouse Associate for this location. As a part of our Interstate Battery distributorship, the Warehouse Associate is driven by purpose and results. He or she will act every day to make a positive contribution to the business, the customers, the community, and his or her team.

Responsibilities:

• Load and unload freight trucks, customer vehicles, and company owned trucks
• Maintain quality of inventory through FIFO processes
• Rotate and re-charge product as necessary
• Receives deliveries and stock and verifies accuracy of the delivery against invoice
• Properly loads and unloads trucks as instructed
• Assist all walk-in and phone-in customers in a timely manner
• Ensures that required documentation is complete and in compliance with regulations and standards
• Ensures warehouse cleanliness and checks materials and equipment to ensure proper operation
• Follows all safety policies and procedures
• Performs other duties as assigned
