One of our rapidly growing, faith-based clients is hiring a VP of HR to oversee all HR functions and work closely with the executive team. The successful candidate will be able to lead in a culture that is a lean, selfless, working organization that understands the demands of Private Equity. The role is responsible for directing all the people functions of the organization in accordance with the policies and procedures of the company.  They are responsible for initiating and driving talent sourcing and talent deployment strategies, consulting on people matters and organization’s requirements relating to the formulation of business or operational area’s strategy and also, conducting in-depth supply and demand analysis of the current and future people and skills needs for the organization, develops strategies, and plans to meet those needs.

Qualifications:
•          10+ years of HR experience, supporting multiple HR functions covering the employee lifecycle from attraction to offboarding of talent; with at least three years in a supervisory capacity.
•          History of designing, building, and implementing HR functional programs, policies, tools, and procedures and driving a shared services/COE model.
•          Comprehensive working knowledge of HR and employment state, local and Federal labor laws/regulations to effectively make recommendations on compliant courses of action.
•          Experience supporting and working with Labor Union environments.
•          Fluency across a range of HR disciplines: organizational development, leadership and talent development, HR process design, compensation management, HR administration and diversity, inclusion and belonging.
Education & Certification Requirements:
•          Bachelor’s degree in HR or a closely related field is required.
•          Master’s Degree in HR Management is preferred, or a closely related field.
• SPHR or SHRM-SCP or similar certifications are also differentiators.
