<p>Job Description</p><p>The Vice President of Hospital &amp; Laboratory Sales is directly involved with health system, hospital, and reference laboratory market sales, channel partner development, strategic alliances and partnerships related to LabSavvy hospital &amp; laboratory SaaS products, services and solutions. As the leader of our hospital &amp; laboratory sales department, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth, developing strategic partnerships, and expanding our client base. This is a high-impact role that requires a strong sales background, exceptional leadership skills, and the ability to work cross-functionally.</p><p>In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing the sales strategy, managing a team of sales representatives, and identifying new business opportunities. You will work closely with the executive team to set revenue targets and develop strategies to achieve them. Additionally, you will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with key clients and partners, while driving customer satisfaction and retention.</p><p>The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in hospital or laboratory sales, with a focus on achieving revenue targets and driving business growth. In addition, you should have excellent leadership and communication skills, and the ability to motivate and inspire a team. You should also have a strong understanding of the healthcare, laboratory and clinical diagnostic device sales landscape and the ability to identify new market opportunities.</p><p>Key Tasks and Responsibilities</p><p>* Develop and execute the sales strategy to achieve revenue targets</p><p>* Manage and mentor a team of sales representatives, providing guidance and support to help them achieve their goals</p><p>* Identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to expand our client base</p><p>* Build and maintain relationships with key clients and partners</p><p>* Collaborate with the marketing team to create and implement sales and marketing campaigns</p><p>* Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new market opportunities</p><p>* Analyze sales data and metrics to track performance and identify areas for improvement</p><br><br><p>Education &amp; Experience</p><p>* Bachelor's degree in business administration, or bachelor's in biological, medical, health or laboratory sciences with a minimum of 3 years sales experience</p><p>* Proven track record of success in hospital or laboratory sales, with a focus on achieving revenue targets and driving business growth</p><p>* Excellent leadership and communication skills</p><p>* Strong understanding of the hospital and laboratory sales landscape and ability to identify new market opportunities</p><p>* Ability to motivate and inspire a team</p><p>* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills</p><p>* Ability to work cross-functionally with other departments to achieve sales goals</p><p>Certifications</p><p>* <b><em>N/A</em></b></p><p>Security Clearance</p><p>* <b><em>N/A</em></b></p><p>Other (Travel, Work Environment, DoD 8570 Requirements, Administrative Notes, etc.)</p><p>* <b><em>This position is a remote position</em></b></p><p>* <b><em>Travel may be required for this role to include, but not limited to customer site visits, conferences, tradeshows and meetings</em></b></p><p>Computer World Services is an affirmative action and equal employment opportunity employer.
