WILL NOT APPROVE BLOCKED SCHEDULING OR SAME SCHEDULE/SHIFTS, MUST BE FLEXIBLE AND WILLING TO FLOAT AND WORK WHEN NEEDED. RNs are required to titrate drips. of Beds: 33 beds, average daily census is 16 - Nurse:Patient Ratios: 1:2-3 for adults, 1:2-4 for Peds - Common diagnoses/Types of patients: Adults and Pediatrics, sepsis, post-stent, pacemaker placement, stroke, vascular cases, renal failure, heart failure, respiratory distress - Are RNs required to titrate drips? : Yes - Common titratable &/or set rate drips: Any cardiac drip, insulin, sedation - Are there nurse aids/patient care techs on this unit?
