Role Overview
The Technical Talent Acquisition Specialist at Beacon AI will play a pivotal role in sourcing technical talent for the recruiting team and enhancing our talent pipelines to support our company's growth. This position is ideal for a data-savvy, strategic thinker who is passionate about sourcing specialized, diverse, and critical skills. As a hands-on leader in sourcing strategies, you will leverage technology and events to attract and guide candidates into our ATS.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and Execute Sourcing Strategies: Design and implement comprehensive sourcing strategies to attract top-tier, unique talent.
  • Advanced Search Techniques: Utilize advanced search techniques and platforms like LinkedIn to build and maintain talent pipelines.
  • Primary Sourcing Point of Contact: Serve as the main sourcing point of contact for hiring teams, collaborating closely with hiring managers to support their recruitment needs.
  • Technology-Driven Sourcing Initiatives: Implement and manage technology-driven sourcing initiatives to streamline candidate identification and engagement processes.
  • Project Management: Act as a project manager, delegating tasks, assessing progress, and ensuring alignment with recruitment goals.
  • Candidate Advocacy: Advocate for Beacon AI by delivering high-quality and welcoming interview experiences to all candidates.
  • Support Hiring Projects: Support various hiring projects, continuously innovating to improve our sourcing methodologies and strategies.

Role Requirements

  • Experience: At least 4 years of experience in technical recruiting, specifically within robotics, machine learning, AI, and aviation sectors.
  • Engagement Skills: Demonstrated ability to engage passive candidates and develop a diverse talent pool.
  • Talent Differentiation: Ability to distinguish between the top 50% and the top 5% of talent within their respective fields.
  • Expertise in Sourcing Platforms: Proficiency in LinkedIn Recruiter and other advanced sourcing platforms.
  • Communication Skills: Strong communication skills, with the ability to clearly convey complex ideas.
  • Performance in Fast-Paced Environments: Proven ability to perform well in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
  • ATS Experience: Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and candidate management systems.
  • Innovative and Data-Driven: Innovative sourcing skills and a data-driven approach to recruitment decisions.
  • Organizational Skills: Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage tasks efficiently.
  • Educational Background: A Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
