About the Role :
You will manage subcontractor insurance certificates, handle project setup and closeout tasks, and assist with safety administration on construction sites. Your role involves multitasking across accounts payable, project management, and executive administration, ensuring seamless communication with various stakeholders. You will support subcontractors with payment processes, help maintain compliance with OSHA regulations, and set up job sites for safety. You will thrive in a low-volume, high-quality project environment that values meticulous attention to detail, adaptability, and clear communication. Daily Life :
Manage subcontractor insurance certificates, handle project setup and closeout tasks, assist with safety administration on construction sites, and ensure seamless communication with stakeholders. Multitask across accounts payable, project management, and executive administration, supporting subcontractors with payment processes and helping to maintain OSHA compliance.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Timely execution of subcontract and PO requests for Project Managers.
  • Effectively manage insurance certificates from subcontractors.
  • Assist with job site setup by acquiring office supplies and materials.
  • Support job site closure, including organizing closeout binders and obtaining final releases.
  • Secure supplies for Project Managers' needs.
  • Assist subcontractors with pre-lien requests.
  • Regularly check the company voicemail and PO box.
  • Craft and distribute weekly safety meeting agendas.
  • Stay current on OSHA regulations and oversee AED inspections.
  • Arrange safety equipment for new job sites.
  • Coordinate safety/CPR/First Aid/AED training sessions every two years.
