Provide administrative support for technicians working out in the field. Help to keep organization by maintaining schedule and having an open line of communication as well as providing excellent customer service.
Responsibilities and Duties
  • Scheduling with both technicians and customers.
  • Answering telephones while providing excellent customer service.
  • Working hand in hand with technicians to order material needed for job.
  • Invoicing customer when job is complete.
  • Assisting with general organization and daily office oppositions.

Qualifications and Skills
  • Works as a team player in a small office environment
  • Dispatch or Administrative experience is preferred.
  • Determined ambition to resolve any conflict that may arise.
  • Willingness to learn and grow
