<strong>POSITION SUMMARY</strong>:<br> <br>Requires the ability to develop strong customer relationships, a technical understanding of the semiconductor industry and ability to communicate on a technical level with customers and internal team members. AST is looking to develop new business opportunities and grow existing customers accounts with a high emphasis on profitability as well as customer satisfaction. This position collaborates with customers that are based in the US and will require working with production, engineering and inside sales account teams to achieve customer satisfaction and grow revenue. This position's primary focus will be business development and revenue growth within the Anodization, Plating and Cleaning (APC) division of NxEdge, but will have the ability to promote and offer the full AST portfolio.<br> <br>This position is hybrid.<br> <br> <strong>Essential Duties and Responsibilities:</strong> <br> <ul> <li>Develop new business opportunities with semiconductor device manufactures and OEMs</li> <li>Manage existing semiconductor accounts</li> <li>Work with internal and external customers teams to achieve mutual growth objectives</li> <li>Perform quotations and contract price negotiations with clients and vendors</li> <li>Detailed business planning and account strategy</li> <li>Evaluate new product and development sales opportunities</li> <li>Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual sales forecasts</li> <li>Ability to work in a team environment</li> <li>Focus on completing goals while being a strong individual contributor</li> </ul> <strong>REQUIREMENTS:</strong> <br> <ul> <li>Four-year college degree in Engineering discipline preferred. Three to Five years semiconductor experience in sales, marketing or semiconductor work related experience will be considered.</li> <li>Account Management and sales relationships with clients is critical in this role.</li> <li>Customer focused and experience working with semiconductor equipment OEMs and or semiconductor device manufactures.</li> <li>Strong familiarity with semiconductor processing equipment components and supply chain preferred.</li> <li>Understanding of supply chain, PO process and manufacturing is a plus.</li> <li>Must understand the sales process and demonstrate the ability to close sales.</li> <li>Position will be based in San Carlos, California.</li> </ul> <strong>SKILLS</strong> <br> <ul> <li>Customer Relationship</li> <li>Proactive, responsive, and able the meet aggressive sales targets</li> <li>Strong oral, written and presentations communication skills</li> <li>Interacting with internal and external clients</li> <li>Contract negotiations, cost/pricing experience</li> <li>Self-motivated and strong work ethic.</li> <li>Strong computer skills with a focus on MS PowerPoint, Excel, Word and Outlook</li> </ul>We are seeking a driven, hands-on Sales Engineer to join our ever-growing company and team.<br> <br>We offer a great benefit package available the first of the month following the date of hire.<br> <br>Enpro AST is a wonderful place to work! These considerations can cause offered compensation to vary. The hiring range for this position is typically $79,620 - $101,971 plus. Actual offer will be based on the individual candidate.
