We are currently seeking a full-time Surgical RN to join our team at Hartford HealthCare Medical Group. The ideal candidate will provide skilled nursing care in a variety of clinical settings under provider direction. Job Description
- Assess physical and psychosocial needs of patients
- Formulate nursing plan of care
- Provide office-based nursing care in collaboration with provider
- Triages telephone calls and initiates appropriate nursing intervention
Qualifications
- Current Connecticut RN License required
- Previous experience in a medical/surgical office setting preferred
- Experience with medical software
