Shift Details: Night shift nursing supervisor, every other weekend and rotating holidays.
We are seeking a Clinical Nursing Supervisor to provide leadership and supervision to the nursing department on an assigned shift. This role ensures the delivery of high-quality patient care, fosters continuous quality improvement, and maintains patient flow throughout the organization. In addition, the Clinical Nursing Supervisor provides leadership in the absence of unit managers or directors.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing required; Masters degree preferred
- Three (3) years of acute care charge or supervisory experience required
- Active Registered Nurse license from the State of Connecticut required
- Certified in Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) required
- Critical care or emergency department nursing experience may be required in acute care environments
