SVP, Data, Analytics & AI Innovation Job Summary As a Senior Data Scientist at Calcium+Company, you will play a pivotal role in leveraging data and AI to inform and optimize our marketing strategies. Reporting to the SVP, Data, Analytics & AI Innovation, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to analyze complex data sets, develop predictive models, and provide actionable insights that enhance our clients' marketing efforts. This role requires a blend of technical expertise, business acumen, and a passion for driving innovation through data.

In this hybrid role, you will be expected to spend a minimum of 2 days per week on-site at a Calcium+Company office or client location. Key Job Responsibilities (Duties may include, but are not limited to all or some of the following)

Data Analysis & Modeling: Conduct thorough analysis of large and complex data sets to extract meaningful insights. Develop and implement predictive models and machine learning algorithms to solve business problems. Perform hypothesis testing, A/B testing, and other statistical analyses to inform decision-making. Utilize AI techniques to improve data processing, pattern recognition, and predictive capabilities. Data Strategy & Innovation: Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business objectives and define data strategies that support these goals. Identify opportunities to leverage data for new business opportunities and competitive advantages. Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in data science, machine learning, and AI. Communication & Collaboration: Present findings and insights to non-technical stakeholders in a clear and compelling manner. Work closely with marketing, technology, and creative teams to integrate data-driven insights into campaigns and projects. Incorporate social listening insights to inform and optimize marketing strategies.

Mentor and guide junior data scientists and analysts to foster a culture of continuous learning and improvement. Data Management & Quality: Ensure the integrity, accuracy, and consistency of data throughout the data lifecycle. Develop and maintain data pipelines, ETL processes, and data infrastructure. Implement best practices for data governance and compliance with relevant regulations. Utilize AI-driven tools for data quality and anomaly detection. Tools & Technologies: Data Visualizations: Utilize Looker Studio for creating data visualizations and dashboards to support data-driven decision-making. Marketing Intelligence Data and Platforms: Leverage comprehensive healthcare data, including EHR data, engagement data, marketing intelligence data, and more, to enhance research and strategy development. Implement and utilize AI and machine learning platforms to enhance data analysis and insights. Job Qualifications

(Skills/Requirements)

Education & Experience: Advanced degree preferred in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field. 5+ years of experience in data science or a similar role, preferably within the healthcare or marketing industry. Proven experience as a Data Analyst is a must. Experience with data platforms including, Cision, Pulsar, DataMonitor, Clarivate, EHR data, Kantar, Brandwatch, Semrush, AdClarity, and Audiense is preferred. Technical Skills: Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, R, or SQL. Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Looker Studio, D3.js). Strong understanding of machine learning algorithms, statistical modeling, and data mining techniques. Familiarity with AI frameworks and tools such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, and OpenAI. Familiarity with big data technologies (e.g., Hadoop, Spark) and cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Google Cloud, Azure). Soft Skills: Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. Strong communication and presentation abilities. Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work. Must be able to work on-site a minimum of 2 days per week in a Calcium+Company office or client location.
