SCHOOL BUS DRIVERS - New Hire Incentive

Regular Bus Drivers am/pm needed

Starting salary $21.00 per hour

No experience necessary.

CDL training provided and a $250 stipend paid after successful completion of test.

NEW HIRE INCENTIVE

Hiring incentive for new hires: $500 after one month of successful driving service* $500 after six months of successful driving service $500 after 12 months of successful driving service $500 after 24 months of successful driving service *if hired after 5/1, incentive paid in 2nd pay in Sept. of following school year

Clean driving record Class B, CDL license with current "S" endorsement (will train) Current State-mandated clearances and MVR check required before hire. Ability to work independently, read a map, and follow written directions. Good verbal communication skills. Demonstrated ability to work, interact, and cooperate with others.

Federal Criminal History Record Check (Act 114

Act 168 Sexual Misconduct/Abuse Disclosure Release:

Unionville-Chadds Ford School District uses an online process for submission and processing of required Act 168 forms. Candidates will receive information as necessary during the selection process.
